Taught by Colleen Daly of Thyme of My Life, this class will show you ways to create pantry staples in your own kitchen instead of buying processed versions in stores. It is not only cost-effective, but also a whole lot better for your body!
Colleen will start by sharing a little about herself and her passion for mindful eating. Afterward she will show you how to make two pantry staples from scratch — including a homemade pesto, perfect for pizza! — using farm fresh ingredients. She will also touch on where to find the freshest ingredients throughout St. Louis and what to do with them.
Each person will leave with a wealth of knowledge, two homemade pantry staples and a gift from Lemon Gem to help you continue at home what you learned in this class!
